Soul Touch Sessions
“Soul Touch Sessions” are 90 minute, one on one, individualized sessions. Sessions ignite each of your senses so that you become cognizant of the truth of who you are. During sessions unlayering and shedding all that is not in alignment with your soul occurs. The emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies will be harmonized. "Customized Channels of Practice" offer techniques to unify this new awareness into your life.
TTT Program
This program provides a young person with practical Transitional Tangible Tools (TTT) that allows them to make conscious choices. Transitional Tangible Tools (TTT) of:
- Self awareness
- Self responsibility
- Accountability of self and others
- Personal power
- Intrinsic decision making
- Simplification and Resourcefulness
- Wise intention setting
- Self Leadership tools
- Life Management tools
- Practical exercises to center and ground themselves
- Practical exercises to make conscious choices based on internal influence rather than an external one
Listen To Me
This workshop is for parents and their teens. It addresses the needs of the teens and the family. Teens and parents walk away from this workshop:
- Both feeling heard
- With a new practice to use improving the communication with your teen
- An exercise that will allow you to give your teen “the freedom to stub their toe, learn from the experience, and create a better way that works uniquely for him or her.”
- A Customized Channel of Practice (CCP)
