Uzuri combines education, with personal and business experience to create a fabulous blend of knowledge, wisdom and experience. She is a Reiki Master, a Holistic Health Practioner, a former Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Ordained Minister, and has served in the United States Navy.  She is Co-Founder of The Power Integration Center, a Dr of Metaphysics, Entrepreneur, Writer, and Speaker. She has 12 years of experience speaking in both public and private sectors to women and girls ages 11-17; specializing on body image issues, self-worth and empowerment.

She has produced workshops, seminars, events and classes from content to the environment. She also has a higher educational background in English and Literature. Finally, her own personal experiences with both losing and claiming her power as a child, a teen and a woman provide her a wisdom and point of connection that round out her offering.

Her high-energy personality combined with grace, soul, professionalism and heart leaves those she touches with an indescribable sense of home.
